OUR PILATES STUDIO APPROACH

We believe that movement and a healthy body are a vital part of life, no matter what your lifestyle, age, or current ability is. Each body is unique with its own strengths and limitations, and therefore no single goal or outcome is applicable to everyone. Whether you're a newcomer or have been doing Pilates for a few years, we'll focus on what you need in order to achieve your personal goals.

SKILLED INSTRUCTORS

We have some of the best instructors at our pilates studio in Cape Town. All of our instructors are highly experienced, fully trained (BASI and BCP), and ensure all our clients are taken care of in the most professional way possible. We focus on continuous improvement of our instructors by facilitating constant in-house and accredited training programmes to ensure our programmes stay at the cutting edge of new techniques and methods.

CONVENIENT CLASSES

Our classes are offered in a variety of formats -  conveniently at your home, in our pilates studio in Cape Town (Gardens) or online, and are facilitated both as one-on-one and small group formats for maximum individualised attention. We believe in accessible and sustainable classes so we understand an agile approach to the time and place for exercise is essential in this day and age of full schedules and on-the-move professionals.
